Located on Basın Express Road, the project consists of three blocks. There are 437 independent sections with residences on the ground floors of the blocks, including shops and offices. The building offers its own gym and sauna service. Every need of the users has been moved into the site, making it easy for them to reach their daily needs. In addition, it is aimed to integrate the public life in the surrounding with the building, with a passage design that connects the main street to the project.
